Volunteers are always welcome! No matter what your background, we can help you find the right role within our organization. Please feel free to share your talents with us.

We look for candidates who share our passion and dedication to making a real difference in the world. You’ll need to demonstrate a commitment to our mission and values, as well as our child safeguarding policy.

Each role will have its own requirements, but broadly speaking we look for candidates who have a high level of technical competence and are able to work collaboratively in a culturally-diverse organization. We need people who can deliver to a high standard, in often challenging circumstances, both ethically and professionally.

For some roles, you will need to be able to travel internationally, and may need to be internationally mobile. Any requirement for international travel will be outlined in the job description.

At OCAAT we are committed to supporting your development and helping you to enhance the impact you have on the organization. We offer a varied curriculum of management and leadership development, personal effectiveness, technical and specialist practitioner training, which blends formal development with on the job learning.

Where possible, we also support our staff to achieve externally recognized professional qualifications, and to take up opportunities to participate in working groups across our sector; this helps you build your network and benefit from industry learning and best practices.
